I know some of you must be enjoying the way it has started. Getting a night of adequate sleep is a must for your body’s health and detoxification system. See it yourself, when you have a proper 7-8 hours sleep, you find yourself to be more energetic.

So what happens is, when you are sleeping, your brain recharges itself and removes the toxins that have accumulated throughout the day. And if you don’t get a proper good night sleep, these toxins will accumulate and affect your health (stress, anxiety, obesity, heart diseases). One of the toxins which our brains remove is beta-amyloid, which contributes to the development of Alzheimer’s disease.

I can understand it gets difficult to follow a sleep schedule every night. So what you have to do is, avoid using phones or laptops prior to your bedtime.

Many individuals always say that “If I drink more water, I have to use the washroom even more”. And this is not the case with young children but also many adults. Water not only quenches your thirst but also
